Worried about your flight being delayed or canceled? Add Premium Disruption Assistance. If your flight gets delayed by 2+ hours or canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time of departure, you can rebook at no additional cost (up to the stated amount per traveler). If you are not happy with the rebooking options, get a 100% refund of your trip cost.

###

### **How to use the Premium Disruption Assistance service:**

If your trip is affected by an eligible disruption on the day of travel, you’ll receive an email with a direct link to the Premium Disruption Portal, where you’ll be presented with the following options:

* A rebooking on one of the alternatives offered through our self-serve solution.

* A refund if you don’t like the rebooking options. In that case, you can keep your initial flight and/or any other solution provided to you.

### **Important Information**

* To be eligible to use the Premium Disruption Assistance service, the flight disruption must occur on the day of your scheduled departure. Please view the terms and conditions for additional details.

* The maximum value for any re-booked flights is stated up to an amount per traveler during the booking flow. However, the re-booked flight must be within the same cabin as the original booking.

* If you are not satisfied with the available rebooking options, you have 24 hours after the last flight of the disrupted segment has landed to request a refund.
Service satisfaction guarantee refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

* Getting a refund with our service satisfaction guarantee does not cancel your current flight or any alternative flight you are given by the airline!

* The Premium Disruption Assistance service may only be utilized once per trip booking.

* If you re-book a flight, you’ll need to retrieve and recheck any luggage on your new flight. Please speak with the airline to get assistance with this.

* If you book a new outbound flight using the Premium Disruption Assistance service, please confirm any return ticket on the original booking with the airline to make sure your return flight isn’t canceled under the airline’s no-show policy.

* You may already be entitled to [certain benefits](https://www.hopper.com/legal/Passenger-Rights-Overview) from the airline if your flight is disrupted or canceled.

* Premium Disruption Assistance is a rebooking service and is not an insurance product.

* This service must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added afterward.
